Running a recurrent flow on a daily schedule is possible using the “Day” frequency in Power Automate.
With the “Day” frequency, you cannot choose on which day of the week you want to run the flow. If you want the flow not to run in the weekend, so only on weekdays, this is not an option.
Rather than using the “Day” frequency in combination with conditions/switch actions to check the day of the week, you can choose the “Week” frequency.
Select the days of the week on which you want the flow to run using the “On these days” parameter. You can run the flow only on weekdays (working days), only on Monday or another custom schedule.
On top of that, you can define on which hour/minute of the day the scheduled flow should start.
